“The artistic expressions of Gilberto Wilson are a fusion of cultures, art styles and mediums. Through the use of personal iconography, symbols, color and form, the work transports the viewer to a color filled world, where they are given a tour of the urban jungle, we call home. The use of imprints, maps, street and manhole covers, are some of the tools used to tell these stories. “
